Our grill and cooking plates are ideal for a gentle barbecue of fine fish, shrimps, chicken, steaks and vegetable. It can be used on a grill or in the oven.
The plate should ether be preheated slowly or put on the grill directly. It gives your food a fine salt note and the best would be to cover it up while cooking. Turning your fish/meat or vegetable after half or the cooking time makes your meal perfect. Your dish could be directly served on the hot salt plate.
For cleaning the salt plate should be cooled down and after all whipped with a humid towel till all residues are removed. Do not use a any dish soap. The plate is not made for the dish washer or microwave.
If you avoid high temperature differences and direct weather contact you can use the salt plate over years.
