Please send your order or your request via email to office@salzburg-salz.at. Normally you'll receive a response or an order confirmation within 2-3 business days. We can't process emails without a delivery adress, the full name of the customer or any other detail usually needed for shipments. So please include them in your initial inquiry and also take note of the following instructions and informations:
minimal order value
For our customers outside of the European Union, everything overseas like Canada, Australia, New Zealand, African countries, Korea, Japan, Great Britain, the USA, ..., the
minimum order value is 100,00 EUR.
Unfortunately, we do have to charge you for the additional work regarding customs declarations, FDA acceptance forms, special packaging and safety guidlines for international shipments, transfer
fees for the bank etc.
Shipments may also take a while to be cleared due to FDA and/or customs regulations regarding food.
Customers with a delivery address within the European Union are required to order goods with a minimum order value of 30,00 EUR.

The shipping costs depend on the required size of package we need for your order. The following prices relate to the smallest possible package up to a maximum total gross weight of 4 KG.
Please contact us beforehand via office@salzburg-salz.at if your planned order is heavier. We surely can work something out.
payment
We exclusively accept prepayment via bank wire.
shipping date
We usually ship within 2-3 business days after we receive the full amount. If there is a delay because of the availability of goods we will inform you via email.
package tracking
We can provide with the tracking number of your parcel if you wish so.
